Hi! I'm moving and looking to sublet my apartment for the remaining six months of my lease. There is a FULLY FURNISHED option available.

It's in a luxury apartment building in the South Bronx. Very nice amenities! Two gyms, two laundry facilities, two lounges, etc. See the photos. The apartment is identical to the photos with a different outside view.

There is a building shuttle that takes you to the nearest 4/5/6 trains weekday mornings. Otherwise it is a very short walk.

Convenient uptown location.
