eNotes is an online educational service that provides resources for students and teachers. We are a small, passionate team that has been serving millions of students since 2003.

Show off your literature knowledge
Calling all recent grads, current or retired teachers, and expert researchers and writers--we are currently looking for academic writers to produce excellent literature content for our students. Do you love Shakespeare or postmodernist writers? Know everything about allusions and themes? We have hundreds of writing assignments available on a variety of literature topics. Our assignments vary from short literature Q&A to longer pieces for our literature study guides. If you love writing for a high school audience, we'd love to read your work!

Work on your own schedule
This is a flexible position--our Educators are paid per submission, and the number of posts you choose to contribute is totally up to you! You can earn $6–$12 for each short answer you contribute. Once you complete training, you’ll be eligible to tackle high-value study guide assignments ($25–$60 per section) and volunteer for longer chapter summary projects ($200–$600). Our top contributors make thousands of dollars each month!

Apply today
To apply, simply create an account through our application page and provide a sample answer directly on eNotes. Be sure to choose a literature question that will allow you to show off your expert content knowledge. Your sample answer must be at least 200 words and should be free of any sentence-level errors. Please note that we are currently only accepting applicants who are interested in writing about literature.
