We are a brick & mortar store with a fast paced e-commerce business.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Add new products or update/edit existing listings.
2. Process all daily online orders (pull-fulfill-ship-pack).
3. Maintain accurate inventory
4. Various administrative support (site, shipping adjustments).
5. All customer service (e-mail, phone, returns, issues, etc.).
6. Newsletter e-mail blasts
7. Social media
The right candidate will possess the following knowledge and characteristics:
- Understanding of Latest payment processors like Paypal, Apple Pay, etc.
- Knowledge of Shopify Admin is plus
- Organizes data and workload for product release schedule w/ maximum efficiency
- Team Player with strong work ethic and communication skills
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Some Retail or E-Commerce experience required
- Strict attention to detail
This is a fast past environment and candidate will be expected to keep all administrative work in order and up to date.
