Looking for scrambled video or very distorted video for music project (Bushwick)

I am looking for video that looks like it was scrambled. Back in the 80's and 90's some cable channels would scramble their signal producing this wavy distorted look. I am looking for some video footage to use in making music mixes on Youtube. I need to have the video look as damaged, destroyed, distorted as possible. Like a cable channel's scrambled signal.
If you have extra video footage like that or if you know how to make really messed up looking video please reach out and lets figure out how I can get that to make myvideos.
