Hasn't been used in a while, but I charged it up last night to confirm that it charges and works
This is the 1st gen Oculus Quest headset. It's a self-contained VR headset that runs on Android (so you don't need to connect it to a PC in order to use it), and you can get games for it from the Oculus app store.
This model is a few years old, so I'd recommend checking online to confirm software support if that is important to you
