We are looking for a Project Manager / Office Assistant to support operations in a high-end custom woodworking shop.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks while helping keep projects running smoothly.
Salary: $100,000/year plus benefits

--- Responsibilities ---
Assist with project coordination and daily office operations
Read and interpret shop drawings and project plans
Communicate with shop workers, installers, vendors, and clients
Help troubleshoot issues and keep projects on schedule
Source materials and manage purchasing orders
Coordinate logistics & deliveries (we do projects out of state)
Track project progress and assist with documentation
--- Qualifications ---
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to read and understand drawings or construction plans
Excellent communication with both clients and production teams
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of woodworking materials and construction methods preferred
Experience sourcing materials, placing orders, and coordinating logistics
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Min 5 years of Experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking environments & construction
Project coordination or office management experience
