Responsibilities
- Interior painting and finishing for high-end residential projects
- Plaster repair, skim coating, and finishing
- Surface preparation including sanding, priming, masking, and caulking
- Finish work on walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and millwork
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Working in occupied homes and active renovation environments
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional residential painting experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional plaster experience
- Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to produce high-quality finish work
- Provide your own tools
- Fluency in English
- Reliable transportation to worksites
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred But Not Required
- Spanish speaking is a strong plus
- OSHA certification
- Scaffold certification
