We’re looking for a real diagnostic technician who knows how to troubleshoot electrical and drivability issues — not guess and throw parts at cars.
We’re a busy independent shop with steady work. We need someone who can step in and help solve problems right away and keep jobs moving.
The Role:
• Electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Help other techs when they get stuck
• Figure out next steps on difficult jobs
• Communicate findings clearly
• Some repair work, but primary focus is diagnostics
Requirements:
• Strong diagnostic skills (not a parts changer)
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting
• Able to work independently
• Can explain your thought process
• Comfortable being the go-to person for tough problems
Pay:
• $40–$50/hr based on experience + bonus
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• No weekends
Not a Fit If:
• You rely on guessing or replacing parts
• You’re not comfortable with electrical diagnostics
• You need constant direction
Bottom Line:
We’ve got the work — we need someone who can actually figure things out and keep jobs moving.
