The blue jack is Mopar, Chrysler Plymouth Dodge with an articulated chain and hook to grasp underneath the steel bumper.
I think it is a C-Body Bumper Jack w/ Hook.
Perfect for a restoration car or muscle car project, or replace your broken or missing, lost jack.
Very good condition. In storage since 1987.
