About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT & Hardware Installation Technician to support our office, warehouse, and retail locations. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of technical equipment, including network devices, camera systems, audio-visual setups, and other IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot camera systems, including running cables between floors, replacing cameras, and connecting monitors/TVs.
• Install Access Points, network switches, routers, and gateways.
• Install and terminate RJ11/RJ45 connectors, keystone jacks, patch panels, and outlets; properly label all cabling.
• Install server racks.
• Prepare shelves/mounts for IT equipment.
• Install and connect speakers, amplifiers, mixers, and cloud music/paging systems, including running and terminating speaker cables.
• Install and mount TVs on walls and ceilings.
• Perform basic computer and printer troubleshooting (Windows OS).
• Perform soldering tasks for charging ports and minor hardware repairs.
• Support installation and maintenance of thermostats, sensors, and alarm systems.
• Perform general electrical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Travel to various locations as required; must be a Driver and have a reliable Own vehicle.
• Maintain Inventory records and technical documentation
• Experience with networking, cabling, and IT hardware installation.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.
• Experience with audio-visual equipment (speakers, amplifiers, TV mounts).
• Ability to safely use ladders, drills, and other hand/power tools.
• Comfortable with soldering and minor hardware repairs.
• Troubleshooting skills for computers and printers.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical diagrams and instructions.
• Reliable and punctual, able to work weekends and flexible schedules.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift and install equipment, climb ladders, and work at heights.
• Comfortable standing, bending, and handling cables and IT devices for extended periods.
