We have a room available IMMEDIATELY in our lovely 3 Br. duplex. Great light throughout the apartment, good closet space, and we have a massive, private balcony! Located at Central Ave/Troutman St, we're super close to awesome bars/restaurants/grocery shopping/Maria Hernandez Park/laundry, and easy walking distance to the L/J/M/Z/F train lines, as well as numerous bus lines.
Looking for a friendly, mature, gainfully employed individual (WFH okay, but we prefer someone who goes to their place of work).
About us: I am a writer/teacher/musician who is pretty quiet and works from home on occasion.
The other roommate is also writer and content creator, also very mellow, and clean :)
