5 min to N train Fort Hamilton subway stop, next to a park and a few supermarkets. Chase bank, CVS, Rite Aid are also within a few blocks. Laundry is half a block away. The area is very quiet, across the street from park. Lots of Asian restaurants.
It's a 4th floor walkup.
The place is at 67th st and Fort Hamilton pkwy.
I am a female filmmaker in my mid 40s, originally from Ukraine, who is a freelancer and whose schedule varies. Smoozhka is an almost 2 y.o. adorable kitty. I am clean, more on the introverted side but can have a conversation/ friends over occasionally. I like clear boundaries and do my best to respect the ones of other people. I don't drink or smoke cigarettes.
Rental requirements
I request $200 security deposit + $50/day rent
