I’m subletting my lovely Greenpoint apartment from December 1st.
It’s a bright, spacious one-bedroom with plenty of natural light. The bedroom faces the street, and the kitchen has great views of Manhattan and the Empire State Building. There’s also a comfortable living room that’s perfect for relaxing or working from home. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for anyone looking for a calm place to stay.
The location is excellent — just two blocks from McGolrick Park (with a farmers market on weekends), a 10-minute walk to the G train at Nassau, and about 15 minutes to McCarren Park. The neighborhood has everything: great restaurants, grocery stores, Citi Bike stations, and plenty of cozy bars.
Rent: $3,500 per month + Utilities ($100 cleaning fee)
