I'm looking for someone to stay in my clean and minimalist apartment starting October 1st for a short-term stay. I'm searching for a responsible, respectful, introverted and tidy person for a few months. I'm in a safe and great location near restaurants, parks, bars, train stations and more!

Rent: $1300/month (includes ALL utilities except heat when over the cap limit)
Clean, minimalist apartment with a peaceful atmosphere. Access ONLY to the kitchen and bathroom. LIVING ROOM SPACE IS OFF LIMITS.
Located just 10 minutes walking distance from the G train to either the Greenpoint or Nassau Station
