I am subletting my spacious 1BR garden unit apartment on Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg, one block from the Bedford L. The unit comes furnished as well as with various housing staples such as cookware and an AC unit, but all personal items will be cleared out (so any mess you see in the photos will be gone). The apartment has a large backyard, shared only with me (I live in the unit above) and a front patio area. The leasing term is flexible between 3 and 9 months.

The neighborhood has everything you could hope for, with bountiful food, nightlife, and shopping options, multiple laundromats, the L stop, the waterfront facing Manhattan, and McCarren and Bushwick Inlet parks all within a few minutes' walk.

A security deposit, proof of income, and references will be required. As noted above, I live in the building. Rent and bills will be paid to me each month, and I may need to pop in for occasional maintenance. A cordial relationship between us is a must. For the location and space, the deal is tough to beat.
