$1,500 October studio sublet w/ big private backyard (Fort Greene)

I am looking for someone to sublet my cozy, fully furnished studio apartment starting around Sept 27, through all of October and potentially until Nov 4. I'm flexible, so LMK what your situation is! Asking $1500, which includes all utilities except electricity (usually between $50-$100 depending on AC usage). The backyard has an organic veggie garden and the tomatoes, kale, and jalepenos will still be poppin' off in the fall, so free food for you!
I'll be traveling for work, so need someone clean and considerate to stay at my place. I'm offering a discounted rent because my cat will be there with you and needs care while I'm gone. He's a super chill dude and not cuddly, so he'll give you your space. He loves to go out in the backyard and he gives big purrs. I'll have cleared out space in the closet and chest of drawers for your clothing and will clear off some of my other shelves for your things as well. FYI - my place has a witchy vibe (crystals, books, art, etc), so if that freaks you out, this isn't the spot for you. Good vibes only!
