WARNING - this is a scam listing. You'll end up messaging with a man named "Tom Sanders" who will direct you to wire transfer a woman named "Deborah Alston" in Illinois. Googling Deborah's background may appear trust worthy initially but if you put in a little extra work you find some inconsistencies that would signal a serial scammer.
"Tom" will fake a family emergency the day that you're supposed to meet him to get keys - and then after that ghosted my messages entirely. My bank was able to get the money back but you might not be so lucky.
It was my fault, it seemed just legit enough I felt fine not making the extra trip to Bay Ridge to confirm the place. That's what they're counting on, don't fall for it like me.
