This would be a good place for anyone visiting NYC or looking for a short-term sublet.
Easy access to lower Manhattan, Prospect Park, and Williamsburg/Greenpoint (20-30min). Midtown is ~40min by train.
The room has a large window that opens out onto the fire escape and it's part of a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment. NOTE: I have a twin bed in here now, the wonky dresser is fixed up, and the room is fully furnished with a desk as well. Roommates are all lovely. We have one cat that usually doesn't leave my roommate's room on the other end of the apartment.
Great location within 5 min walk to Herbert Von King Park, lots of bars, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores/organic markets, etc. The apartment has laundry in the building, and also has a common space with bike storage, pool table, couches, and outdoor space. 8 min walk to the Myrtle-Willoughby G train, 15 min to the J.
