-Room is the biggest in the house. It doesn't have a window but it has 2 big closets with a lot of storage room.
-We have access to a lovely backyard
-Very peaceful house, only 2 more roommates in the apartment. Women in their early 30s.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Monthly rent + $850 deposit to move in.
-Pay rent on time. Be clean, respectful and responsible.
-No smoking indoors.
