Early 30's guy looking to sublet an extra bedroom I have in my apartment. Whole Apartment might be available. Male or female doesn't matter. I'm chill, busy, friendly, but keep to myself most of the time.
It's a quiet apartment, looking for a reatively quiet roommate. You'll have to bring your own bed and whatever else you may need, but it's a great spot. I'll help you move in if you need it.
Avenue M or Kings Highway are the closest train stops. (Q/B)

Utilities are included, but please, don't over use them (You can use whatever you need, you're paying for them and that would be ridiculous of me to ask, but I mean like try not to leave the place with the light nd AC/Heat on and leave the fridge open for days, lol jk on that one. You get it. It's crazy expensive now because ConEdison is a pricey (like 600/a month in the winter, etc, but I think the prices are coming down now.)
Okay, say hello, tell me about yourself, your expectations, and let's get this show on the road. You can view the apartment as early as you want or need. It's a petty big room, balcony, SS appliances, Gym, Laundry in bldg, plenty of parking on the street if you have a car, and like I said, super quiet. Beautiful view of the clouds if you lke views. Brand new apartment, so expect things to be new.
I don't care about you age, looks, work. Just be relatively cool and respectful. You can make noise, cook, the apartment is as much yours as it is mine once you're in. I have an extra key and we'll get you an extra fob, on the house ;)
