We have one bedroom available in our 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment. You’d be living with my boyfriend and me. The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen, and the available bedroom comes furnished with a desk and a large double-door closet. Laundromat is 1 block away. We also have a 1-year-old cat, she’s very shy at first but super friendly once she warms up.
Rent is $1,150/month, and the deposit is $800.
