THE DETAILS:
12x11 with two windows... furnished with a king-sized bed, armchair, and 2 dressers/cabinets.
This is ideal for people who don't have much stuff, but need a nice place to crash while they figure out a more permanent situation. The whole loft is 1000 sq. ft.
-There's laundry in the building (plus a 24 hour laundromat right around the corner)
-There's a gym in the basement (need membership)
-Building has an elevator
The neighborhood has bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Street parking is relatively easy. Subway is the L train... 1.5 blocks to the Grand St stop... 4 shorty blocks to the Graham Ave stop. J/M/Z trains at Flushing Ave stop are an 11-12 minute walk or you can catch the bus right on the corner which will get you there in 5-6 minutes.
Please be cool, financially responsible, and relatively clean.
No pets.
MONEY STUFF:
Rent is $1300 / utilities are a flat $100 (they include electric, gas, and wifi as well as cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom)
FEB move-in... pro-rated February rent (TBD) plus one month security ($1300).
3/1 move-in... March rent plus one month security... $2600 total.
