We are all very easy to get along with, clean and very respectful so we expect the same from you.
The ideal roommate should definitely be someone clean, neat and respectful of other people's place.
The apartment is only a couple of blocks away from the G stop (Myrtle Willoughby) as well as 2 blocks from the JMZ (Myrtle Broadway).
Rent doesn't include utilities. Average is $80 per roommate / month
One month rent $1200 and one month deposit required upon move in.
Available from 09/29 and we are looking for someone who can commit at least for 6 months.
