New, cozy studio in Clinton Hill – close to Bed-Stuy and Prospect Heights. It's a 9 minute walk to Clinton-Washington station on C, and 15-20 minutes to Manhattan.
Grocery store and 24 hour bodega nearby.
We're renting our apt for the holiday season. Available from December 14th to January 15th, dates are flexible but we prefer one person who can stay the most of the period.
Apt has full kitchen, sofa, full-size bed and bathroom. Dishwasher, wifi, patio available. It has big windows and gets good amount of sunlight. Washer & dryer is in the building.
Gym, rooftop, and courtyard access available.
This is a cozy studio for those coming to town for Christmas or New Years.

I work in tech as a designer and my partner is a landscape designer working in Brooklyn. We're spending our holidays with our family and looking for someone who needs a space during the holiday season. We love our apartment and try to keep things tidy, cozy, and clean.
