A bit about my place: It’s a larger alcove studio (@ 600 square ft.) in the best part of trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn literally next to Manhattan. Quiet building, but close to all the great bars, shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Completely furnished in a modern, doorman, elevator building with rooftop and garden area. Queen-size bed, couch and desk area. There is a dishwasher and washer and dryer in-unit. AC unit and multiple fans. Large Smart TV. WiFi, but no cable.
It’s a 5 minute walk to the L subway train and one stop into Manhattan (East Village) and also close to other fun parts of Brooklyn. Quick walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Walgreens. Literally almost anything you need is in the neighborhood.
Looking for someone clean, relatively quiet, and trustworthy.
Asking $1100 per week including electricity. Willing to discount for longer stay. Would require security deposit which would be fully returnable after your stay.
