3-month sub-letting for a very large furnished bedroom available now in a 3-bed, 1 bath plus den apartment. There's a possibility to continue sub-letting thereafter for the right person. Prefer someone that works in office or outside in person full time and only does light-moderate cooking.
Looking for someone that's gainfully employed, on time with rent and bills, non-smoker, clean (very important), responsible, respectful, mature, busy with own schedule, not a homebody and does not bring the party home.
Bedroom is approximately 185 sq. ft. and receives an abundance of morning sunlight. Room is also wired with ethernet cable and has good sound insulation. The rest of the apartment(common areas) is fully furnished with fully stocked kitchen.
Rent includes all utilities (based on reasonable use with surcharges if applicable), FiOS wifi, household supplies cost and apartment cleaning cost.
Sorry, no pets. Only occasional overnight guest.
Shoes-off at the entrance door, non-smoking apartment (and building), no drugs of any kind.
Building is well maintained and has elevators, laundry facility and secured package room for deliveries.
Near Prospect Park and 1.5 blocks from the B and Q trains that get to Midtown in about 35 minutes. Plenty of retail, restaurants, cafes, delis, grocery stores on Church Ave and Flatbush Ave.
Proof of employment and adequate savings required. Minimum credit score of 680 and up. Otherwise, one can opt to pay upfront the entire 3 months plus 1 month security deposit.
