The apartment is in north Bedstuy next to Bushwick, a 5 minute walk to the Kosciusko and Broadway JMZ train stop. It's also right next to the B52 and B46 bus lines, not to mention close to the AC train lines and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Morgan L train stop in Bushwick. There’s a laundromat right around the corner. Lots of bars, cafes, and bodegas around the area. Let me know if you're interested.
A $500 deposit is asked and will be returned upon departure, no credit checks or dealing with brokers. I'll just need the money upfront the day you move in, and obviously please be respectful of the furniture and space. Preferably looking for a 1-2 month sublet but pretty flexible on dates and open to a longer or shorter stay if need be.
