We’re in Kensington., twenty min. away by subway from the Lower East Side of Manhattan (Church Avenue on the F-train), five minutes by subway from Seventh Avenue in Park Slope and walking distance to Ditmas Park and Windsor Terrace. We are near cafes, restaurants, Prospect Park, etc.
There are two bedrooms available, and they are each $1,250/month.
The apartment is large and luminous, with a kitchen and attached dining room.
It is available from 1 January 2026 until 31 August 2026. Subleasers must commit to this entire time period.
Gas, water and Internet are included, but electricity is not, and the deposit is equal to a month’s rent.
