NOTE - this is for ONE PRIVATE room in a SHARED 2 floor apartment and is $89 per day until August 7th and then goes back to $115 per day. There's a discount if renting 30 days or more, which is applied according to the below.

- Current available days in August: full month available, and $2500 (+$100 utilities) if rented for full month
- Current available days in September: full month available, and $2500 (+$100 utilities) if rented for full month
- Current available days in Oct: full month available, and $2200 (+$100 utilities) if rented for full month
The available room is upstairs:
- Full-sized bed
- Large couch that folds out to a second full-sized bed
- Dedicated workstation w/ screen and HDMI cable
- 50 inch TV with Roku
- Washer and dryer IN the apartment!
- The apartment has centralized AC/heating
- Very fast internet (500 mbps)
- If you have a car, there is convenient street parking
The neighborhood is really convenient, everything you need is within a short walk's distance. There's a 24/7 Planet Fitness just around the corner, cozy bars and restaurants, several grocery store options (a new supermarket that's a block away, and a Food Bazaar and a health food store about 7-10 min walk away), and a Walgreens 2 blocks away.
Host lives in the apartment with a small black pug on the other floor of the apartment
