I am looking for someone to sublet my cozy studio apartment and care for my sweet, chill cat while I'm away from Nov. 24-Dec. 8. I'm asking $600 for both weeks, which will include utilities. I've lowered the sublet price due to cat care. This would be a great for someone who's coming into NYC for Thanksgiving but needs their own space while away.
About the apartment: comfy cozy apartment with direct access to private backyard. Tomatoes are still popping in the garden, so free food for you! I'll clear out drawer and closet space for your things. TV with lots of streamers. I do have witchy vibes (crystals, books, etc) so if that makes you uneasy, this is not the place for you.
About the cat: Mr. Pickles is a sweetie! He's eleven and gives great purrs. He is not a super cuddly cat, so you'll have your space but he does require a little attention, so someone who's good with cats is a must.
