Good lighting, fully furnished, with a twin bed, a dresser, and a desk. Laundry IN UNIT, semi-private full bath (I have my own half bathroom), full kitchen, good-sized living room, and some storage space. There's also backyard access as well as roof access, and I put a decent gym in the apt.
There's a dog in the apartment, who is big but the sweetest most gentle thing you'll ever meet. That said, I can't take guests with pets of their own.
Utilities are included, with up front security deposit of $1000. Finally, absolutely no families, as well as no couples, there's not enough space and it's unsafe for children.
