Hey there! My family and I are going away for 2 weeks (12/21/25 - 1/4/26, but can be flexible) and want to rent our entire apt to a responsible female, or a couple. The price is lower than anything else you’ll find on the area because you'll be staying with and caring for 2 adults female sister cats. See attached photos of the space and the cats.

Cats: super low maintenance, no medication or litter issues. Just need to be fed canned food twice a day (AM and PM), fresh water, and scoop litter box. They mainly keep to themselves, so you probably wouldn't get much affection, but the upside is they're mellow and don't require anything more than the food, water, clean cat box.

The apartment: two blocks from McGolrick park, 2nd floor in a 3-floor building. The landlord and his family live below us, so you must be respectful, quiet, and cannot have guests. They're cool with us having a cat sitter stay, but ONLY ONE PERSON (or possibly a couple). It's about 15 minute walk to the Nassau G train; 20 to Graham L. Check out a map to get an idea of the area (Sutton St and Nassau Ave.). The entire apt would be yours. It's nice a quiet, gets lots of sun, and very comfortable. You'd have a California King bed to sleep on and there's even a little work area in the bedroom. Super fast WIFI, TV, AC, fans, all the cooking stuff, etc.

You: female, responsible, quiet, clean, non smoker, have ways we can learn about you prior to meeting (e.g., social media), experience with cats. We're a family of 4 with 2 little kids, so we need a trustworthy person that won't break or steal our stuff.
