While the apartment is officially a two bedroom, there are two additional queen sized sofa beds in the living room, and in total the apartment can accommodate six, although I prefer a smaller group. As you can see from the pictures, this is a very hip, bohemian, art and book lined apartment in the heart of super trendy Williamsburg. It is a five minute walk to Domino Park and the river and also a five minute walk to Bedford Ave or a five minute walk to the L train either Lorimer or Bedford Avenue station.
The apartment is also convenient to the JMZ and the G. My favorite mode of travel is taking the ferry from north Williamsburg or the South Williamsburg ferry to dumbo or Wall Street. This apt is also very convenient to the city. It is ideal for someone committing into the city. It is also ideal for someone who speaks quiet or solitude because it is a top floor apartment and there’s no noise above you.
It is one of the quietest apartments I’ve ever been in in Manhattan located in an extremely quiet residential building so there should be no parties or music after 10 PM.
