The four bedroom, two bath apartment is located in the very walkable Stuyvesant Heights section of Bed-Stuy with plenty of brownstones, coffee shops and restaurants, an 8 min walk from Utica Ave A/ C trains, along several bus lines, and near CitiBike docks.
You'll be living with three other femmes and sharing a bathroom with just one other person. L is a student in her thirties working in non-profits; A is a nurse; M is an arts educator.
We maintain a good balance of being considerate and present for one another while allowing for personal space. Ours is a calm, clean, queer- and POC- loving household.

Rent is $950/ month. We're seeking a three-month commitment but would like to have a longer-term roomie. Deposit and first month due at move-in/ to secure the space. No pets or smoking, per lease. Utilities (gas, electric, Internet, household supplies) are an additional $70-100 per month depending on the season.
