December sublet - Fort Greene

I’m subletting my Fort Greene apartment while out of town. It’s a 2BR - one primary bedroom with the second bedroom set up as an office. Spacious kitchen and living room as well. The apartment and building are well maintained and the location is on a street full of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Laundry is just across the street.
Looking for someone respectful, clean and quiet who will take good care of the apartment and enjoy the neighborhood.
Ideally, looking for someone to take it for the full month, those inquiries will prioritized. Though, I am also open to shorter sublets, at a nightly rate.
Month of December rent: $3500 with utilities included + $500 deposit for incidentals. Signed sublet agreement and deposit will be needed.
Nightly rate: $150 a night .
