I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully-furnished private room starting September 1. It’s a beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment located on the 4th floor of a 4-story building in a small 8-unit building in Crown Heights. The room is very large and full of natural light with plenty of storage space! There's a workspace in the room, a projector to get cozy and watch movies or TV, and a walk-in closet. The apartment has a very large shared kitchen, a shared balcony, and a spacious living space with tons of natural light. The spot is amazing for transit: it’s about a 10 minute walk from the A,C,2,3,4, and 5 train, and a 6 min walk from the L with stops at Nostrand and Franklin Ave. The apartment is down the street from the many bars and restaurants on Franklin Ave and nestled between Nostrand Ave and Rogers Ave.
The room is going for $1750 before utilities (utilities are split 3 ways and average around $130/month)! There's a fully refundable Security Deposit for the space of $1250. Upon move-in the only 2 fees required will be the Security Deposit and first month's rent.
**Flexible Term** Available from September 2025 through May 2026 with a possibility of a longer on-going month-to-month sublease, perfect for flexible renters who are in need of shorter or longer term leases.
You share the bathroom upstairs with the sweetest and cleanest roomie. The bathroom has tons of storage and space, as well as a heat fan that makes showers feel like a spa and is perfect for the colder months. There are 2 male roommates in the space, both very kind and respectful of privacy and the space.
