My roommate and I are looking for a 3rd roommate starting January 1st until June 1st.
-The rent is $850 with utilities included (gas, electricity, water, wifi).
-Subway: M (Central Av) and L (Jefferson) trains.
-Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Very convenient location.
-Room is furnished. Brand new bed and 2 big closets.
-Roommates are 2 women in their early 30s
REQUIREMENTS:
-1st month rent + $850 deposit to move in.
-Pay rent on time. Be clean, respectful and responsible.
-No smoking indoors.
-Landlord will likely want to run a background check and ask for proof of income.
