My roommate is moving out on December 1st and I am currently looking for someone who is interested in subletting a room on a month to month basis until I figure out my next step. There might be an option to sign a lease in case you'd like to stay longer.
The rent is $1375 per month plus bills (ConEd, National Grid, internet). The apartment is located in the heart of Bushwick, 4 min walk to L train Jefferson stop, amazing restaurants, bars, venues, all within one block. Maria Hernandez Park one block away. The apartment itself is on the second floor, its a railroad apartment, with lots of privacy, shared just with me and my cute, tiny (6lbs) hypoallergenic dog. It is a very peaceful space, we keep it really quite here, since we live in a very dynamic area. If you are looking for a room for few months, you are in between leases or still figuring out what to do, this place is for you. The room could come with some basic furniture if you'd be interested, but we could talk about it (my current roommate is planning to sell some of the things). Credit score and proof of income will be required to move in as well as first month rent and refundable security deposit (equal one month of rent). Females only.
