i am looking for someone responsible, communicative, and tidy to look after and stay at my studio while i am traveling. it is on a quiet street and is a clean, warm space that receives a lot of light. the neighborhood has everything you might need - great cafes, HVK park nearby, local spots i love. it will just be you in the space, so no roommates! couples can inquire
* dates: aug 22-sept 30
*2k/month + utilities. (can be flexible/will pro rate depending on stay)
* live-in super (really helpful and responsive)
* 1 block from bedford ave/nostrand ave
* 4 min walk to bedford-nostrand G train
* 4th floor walkup, no elevator
* furnished
* lots and lots of light
* no pets (sadly!)
* no smoking cigarettes inside
* heat in bldg
* no laundry in bldg but is 2 blocks away
* there is street parking but check for parking rules - i don't park myself
about me: my name's monique (she/her), i'm 28 and work as a designer in the fashion industry. i am subletting my place while i am traveling. i am quite tidy and like to stay organized (as much as possible!). please reach out if you have any questions. it is important for me to find someone who will love and care for the space as much as i do ! it has been a much needed retreat for me over the last three years, and i hope to find someone who will enjoy it as well
