I just took over the lease of this spacious 2-bedroom apartment and will be subletting one of the two rooms for short and long stays. The main bedroom on offer is a massive, furnished room with four windows and a private entrance - $600/week or $1500/month. The bedroom shown here is also great and will be rented for a lower price. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom which I also use.

I’m looking for prospective short term guests or longer term roommate. Especially important are the following:
-respect and consideration for anyone in the house
-good boundaries
-direct communication
-basic ability and willingness to clean up after oneself
