Subletting a light-filled one bedroom in a beautiful historic brownstone in Prospect Heights for the week of September 18-25. The apartment is fully furnished and technically is a two bedroom but currently set up as a one bedroom with a separate dining room / office, kitchen, and living room (with a very comfortable West Elm futon couch that folds down if you wanted a second bed). The rent is $800 for the week.
Incredible location. 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, minutes from great walking streets on Vanderbilt and Washington. 7 minutes to B, Q train; 9 minutes to 2, 3 train; 13 minutes to all trains at Atlantic Barclays.
