Duplex -- One floor has sprawling feeling with spacious living room & open kitchen, a dining room, and sitting room -- large windows, high ceilings. Other floor has a more cozy-feel (smaller rooms and smaller windows -- but still nice-sized space, with two bedrooms and a sitting room.
Master with queen bed; and two more bedrooms with double and single bed. Also a couch with pull out bed in the sitting room.
(This apartment can sleep 7-8 people. There are 4 beds including the pull-out couch in the downstairs den.
We also have a twin folding bed we could comfortably add to the large upstairs bedroom.)
