There is a shared bathroom in the apartment. Room has a shared balcony with views of Manhattan. We have spectacular sunsets (see photo!)
Available on a month-to-month basis, ideally for a minimum of a few months. I’m looking for someone who needs a place on a short-term basis and doesn't have much stuff. Room is located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator. We are 2 blocks from the Montrose L train, 10 minutes from the Broadway G train. Perfect for students, interns, professional or international travelers, those moving back to NYC that need some flexibility.
Your roommate (and author of this post) is a 37 year old video producer, works from home some days, travels a lot, is tidy but not OCD clean. I'm an extravert, love to hang out and chat, but also happy to give you your space and not say hi every time we pass each other. I am currently sober, but am not expecting you to be. - Fully Furnished. Room features a full bed, table/desk, and closet.
- Utilities not included. Roughly $150/month.
- The common areas will be shared with me (just 1 guy!) and you are welcome to use it; this includes the kitchen, dining area and bathroom.
-We have a gas stove + oven and a fridge. You are free to use the kitchenware, electric kettle, a toaster, instant, a microwave, and a Vitamix.
- The apartment and room are cleaned before you arrive and then cleaning become a communal effort for all throughout your stay.
- Laundry is in the building, but not the unit. I personally use the laundromat half a block away.

-No pets! Sorry :( Well… naybe a small and well behaved dog. NO CATS. NEVER ANY CATS!! I think they are gross, sorry!
