We are three painters looking for another studio mate. The available space is 115 sqft with 31 ft wall space for $700/month.

We have been in our unit on the 3rd floor of this building off the Morgan L in Bushwick for 5 years. It is a great building with an elevator and clean bathrooms. Our unit has an east-facing window, 12 ft ceilings, and a slop sink in unit. Gas is included in the rent price but electric is not (it’s usually about $10 per person.)

Annabelle and I work 9-5’s so we are most often in the studio workday evenings and weekends.

We would be looking for someone to move in for 10/1/25 and stay at least 6 months through March or more ideally until the lease is up on 10/1/26.
