I am subletting my spot in a lovely Bushwick art studio for three months while I complete a residency.
The studio is 400sqft total, and your space will be a 10x10’ area with two walls. We also have a couch and table that are for common use.
You will be sharing the space with two very friendly studio mates, a sculptor and small business owner. The sculptor usually uses the space in the afternoons/ evenings and the small business owner uses it during the day, most week days. When we are all sharing the space it is a great vibe, enough space to go around.
I will be leaving my drafting table for your use.
There is also a mini fridge and microwave available for studio use.
