About this listing: I am subletting my charming Williamsburg apartment. The apartment is open plan and is a bright, clean, and comfortable home in prime Williamsburg, right beside McCarren Park. The location is pretty amazing, as everything you need is basically within a two-block radius of my apartment. I only ask that you respect my home.
Very close to the L train Bedford L stop – Approx 5 min walk. Close to the G train too - approx 7-8 min walk. Fully furnished (kitchen furniture, sofa, pots and pans, stove, blender, cutlery, etc., small fridge (it's brand new). Great space to work in, as well as live.
The neighborhood boasts excellent restaurants, chic hotels, great bars, superb coffee, the Williamsburg Cinema, the Williamsburg Music Hall, galleries, McCarren Park, the Williamsburg Bridge (ideal for walks and sightseeing), and stunning waterfront views. Organic Grocery store 3 blocks away (carries all Organic brands). Whole Foods is a 6-minute walk, and they deliver! Natural Wine Store is across the street. Farmers' market is two blocks away every Saturday.
Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided, and a list of everything you need to know about the neighborhood.
Williamsburg is a dynamic neighborhood, and the apt is close to all the amenities: subway (L + G Trains), grocery store, great coffee places, great wine stores (Natural Wine Store is ridiculously close), and many of the BEST restaurants and shopping in NYC. Across the park is Greenpoint, another amazing neighborhood.
Rental requirements: $2,950 per month. I ask for a security deposit. Serious replies only.
