Vital info:
Seeking a responsible subletter for a 3 month stay. To repeat--the apartment is available for 3 MONTH sublet (could be available for longer depending on my schedule and the fit of the individual... I am only considering folks looking for at least a 3 months stay). This is a space for grown ups! This is not a glorified dorm or worse... If you are incapable of respectful, short-term, tidy and courteous living you need not respond. I am dutiful in maintaining the integrity of my living space and offering an awesome experience to good guests. Those who have met the qualifications I am seeking have often stayed beyond the initial timeframe if the circumstances are mutually beneficial and continue to be dear friends over the years. Several guests even return multiple times when their needs arise and my availability can accommodate.
Alright, back to the business at hand. Please read the following carefully to spare any wasted time and to temper expectations.
This sublet is most suitable for an individual(s) in residential transition or traveling to NYC for seasonal tourism. I'm simply looking for high character and responsible people who seek to enjoy a comfortable, albeit temporary, stay.
The apartment is classy, cozy, exceptionally private, quiet and clean. Full bath and kitchen. Charming details throughout. Lovely and well appointed living room/lounge and dining area. Contact me for a conversation about visiting/photos. I respond quickly and provide details regards the space and meeting to discuss compatibility. We will meet either in person or via video chat prior to any confirmations.
Blocks away from all major New York City transport. 15 minute subway ride to Union Square in Manhattan.
Neighborhood is home to Brooklyn's most prestigious and frequented cultural hubs: Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Gardens, Academy of Music, Barclay's Center... Prospect Park = 10 minute tree lined walk away! Franklin Avenue is a local vibe, iykyk.
Your host is a kind, warm, working artist who is native to the neighborhood with immense knowledge on all things New York.
Looking forward to hearing from interested parties. More details, photos/video tour are available once we connect. Again, I select with intention. That’s the deal. Thanks!!
