My roommates and I share this lovely top floor apartment of a Brownstone. It's 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, so the share of bathrooms is pretty easy. There's also an open communal kitchen and living room with bay windows. Plenty of seating and surfaces for working or having a meal.
The bedroom for rent is small, but has a nice window with morning light, and it is at the opposite end of the apartment from the other three bedrooms. It has basic furnishings, including a twin bed. The other roommates are 30s, in creative and tech fields, with an appreciation for finding time for sharing the space and for the most part everyone kind of does their own thing. The room is not a good fit for couples or pets.
$1000 rent (+$100 for all utilities and internet) = $1100 month-to-month
Laundry in the basement!
Closest to Union Street R Stop (about 6 mins walk), also very close to 7th Ave. B/Q, 7th Ave. F/G, Bergen 2/3, and Atlantic Terminal (about 20 mins walk).
