The apartment is on the fourth floor of a four-floor walk-up, right off the G train. It was built in 2023, and we were the first tenants. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a balcony, and individual A/C-Heaters in each room. The apartment is unfurnished. Both bedrooms have medium-sized closets, and there are two other closets in the common area. The larger room has a private, wrap-around balcony, and space for a queen-sized bed, desk, and dresser. The smaller room is big enough for a full bed (maybe queen), a desk, and a dresser. You also have roof access to an unfinished roof with views of lower Manhattan.
The lease takeover is approved by the landlord, but you'll have to submit a standard application: income 40x rent, guarantor with 80x rent, credit/background check, and $20 application fee per person. Security deposit and first month's rent due at signing. Pets allowed and no extra fee.
