Better than new. Stripped to bare metal and seasoned twice with grapeseed oil in a 430 deg oven. Skillet is oven safe to 500 deg(400 deg with glass lid). Can be used on induction and gas stoves. Perfect for searing, baking, sauteeing, etc. The holidays and cooler weather are almost here. Cash only and pick up in Brooklyn Heights.
